This is retarded. Want to guess why poorer countries are polluting and buying up cars and electronics and using lots of energy? Because they want to be like America. No, I don't mean that everyone loves America-- but they see the ***** we have and they want it. Go just about anywhere in the world and find McDonald's, Starbucks, etc. Most of the countries like India and China pollute way less per capita than us (China's pollution level is very near ours but they have nearly 4x as many citizens as us). We've had plenty of time as polluters, whereas developing countries haven't-- if anyone should go first, it should be us. We are America any way after all... shouldn't we set a good example? Meh..

I am glad that this has made front page. And that "Celebs" are getting the word out. The more guys know the better. My Father had this about 22 years ago. Not much was known about it then. He traveled a lot between hospitals that specialize in cancer. Since not many places at the time had not had any documents on this form of cancer we had moved to Kingston where they have one of the best cancer wards and Queens University was there to document its findings. I was really young at the time and watched by father battle with this cancer courageously for 3 years before succumbing to it. I am glad that we live in Canada because there is no way that we alone would have been able to afford the treatments he needed right until the end. And it makes me really sad to see that United States is in such a heated debate over Universal Health Care when so many people and families in need can benefit.?

I'm a member of the Spanish Pirate Party and we think it's a bad law: It allows the government to cut off internet without previous judicial authorization. An administrative agency will previously decide if they cut you off or not, and you can be heard then, but you'll only get the chance to a judicial appeal after they cut you off.Sadly, it looks like the Swedish Pirate Party voted for this law because their national laws were worse than this, so for them it's a phyrric victory, but for every other country that already asked for a previous judicial authorization it's a BIG defeat, as european laws override national laws.
