I don't know why anyone would spend $70 on an iPhone navigation app. There's a great app called MotionX GPS Drive that was $3, and does everything my Garmin does. The Droid does look nice though. Hopefully it'll end up being a serious challenge to the iPhone's market share.

I wouldn't get too optimistic about this one. The Droid commercials are bashing the iPhone pretty hard. I think it's safe to say that all is not well between Apple and Verizon, as much as I would love for them to get along. I wouldn't be surprised if they are working with another carrier/radio technology for the iPad/iSlate that they are working on..
